Create a DB and import database file which is available inside database folder., 
Modify the DB CONNECTIONS as Below which is available inside < Base Folder>/Core/.env
DB_CONNECTION=mysql
DB_HOST=localhost
DB_PORT=3306
DB_DATABASE=DATABASE
DB_USERNAME=USERNAME
DB_PASSWORD=PASSWORD

Launch your site, and the default credentials would be "admin" for username as well password. Bingo!!!
